Unless you plan on staying on the EMB-120 for a long time, juniority at SKW = IAH, ORD, MKE. Skywest is not quite as west as it used to be.

If the EMB does go away, they would almost have to replace it with something, probably Q-400's.

I assume you live near FAT? That's the only base you could really plan on as a new hire.
