If the EMB does go away, they would almost have to replace it with something, probably Q-400's.
I assume you live near FAT? That's the only base you could really plan on as a new hire.

I hope to trasfer off the EMB-120 after the first year. I do live near FAT, and going to IAH, ORD, or MKE is fine eventually. Just would like to save money and avoid the commute for at least the first year to save as much money as i can.
