I was responding to the post directly before, from Carl. The reference was to karnak's questions. It think they're legitimate. I think the discussion of the DPA should include answers to them. Based on a quick scan of previous posts, here are the questions karnak raised:

What law firm has DPA retained, and what is there background in labor affairs?

Why isn't DPA being as transparent as ALPA?

From post #3606: Is it too soon to start putting the DPA leadership under the same microscope? Would it be fair to post TC's decisions/actions/statements here, and scrutinize them?

From post #3634: If so, please help me ask DPA about the exact same problems you have with ALPA.Who's doing what? How much are they being paid? Are they hiring anybody with a conflict of interest?

The organization was started in May. I think their efforts at getting the requisite number of cards would be improved if they would announce a large percentage of cards to date. I think their efforts would be crippled if they announced a very small percentage, or a percentage that was well below their forecast.

They haven't announced any numbers, so I'm going to guess they aren't doing well.

What's your guess?
