The Do-Prop is a great a/c but sadly just as most NG props it feel victim to the late 90’s RJ craze and they halted production. It was a very fast 30-33 seat TP with excellent economics.

I believe the next TP for SKW will offer two models; both will be purchased by SKW. The models will mirror the sized of the Q200 and Q300 offering both 30-40 and 45-55 seat configurations. This will allow SKW to continuing operations into thin Markets like IYK, CEC, LMT, CIC, MOD, IPL, CDL, NYL and many others while having the ability to increase capacity during peak times with larger models.

I’m still not completely sure why Bombardier hasn’t produced a NG Q200 and Q300 with the Q400’s technology. That would create an impressive fleet that many airlines would be very interested in.
