That was not published anywhere...but some how I think it was built into the parameters input to the computer that spit out the names for the interviews.
And they really liked the regional check airman.
I think you'll need 250 orbits on the shuttle, not the ISS, but they might make a waiver for it if you show up at the interview with a NASA tie that has your mission patch on it.
