SAAB's are coming back to Mesaba for USAir. This isn't a Colgan thing.
Based upon the total number of Saabs that the "new" Mesaba would have, it would take about 2 1/2 to 3 years to replace them with Q-400's. That's an increase in ASM thus an aniticipation of continued growth.
