They have historically been junior at the bottom end just because they are large, but with the addition of MSP and IAH, they will probably go more senior.

I think a new-hire should still be able to get into SLC and maybe DEN fairly quickly but you will stay junior for much longer than IAH/ORD/MSP.

DEN is not an EMB base if you are thinking about that.
