After exiting security, turn left and walk out of the parking lot. Turn right and cross the street to the bus stop. Wait for a bus labeled "North Cargo Loop" or something similar. They run every 20 minutes or so. (City Buses also stop there, they all have numbers, do not get on them.) That will take you to Federal Circle and the Air Train, with access to all terminals.
