Default Fedex Jumpseat JFK?

Looking to Jumpseat up to JFK for the first time. Any advice on getting to/from Fedex and Main terminals at JFK? Cab, Shuttle?

Thanks in advance!

I would suggest xcountry skis, or a dog sled. Sorry, couldn't resist.

After exiting security, turn left and walk out of the parking lot. Turn right and cross the street to the bus stop. Wait for a bus labeled "North Cargo Loop" or something similar. They run every 20 minutes or so. (City Buses also stop there, they all have numbers, do not get on them.) That will take you to Federal Circle and the Air Train, with access to all terminals. Cost - Free

It would be great if this works in reverse. Can we pick up the North Cargo Loop up at Federal circle and take it to Fedex?

Thanks.

I once took a taxi from the AA terminal to FedEx. The taxi got lost (after asking for directions from the taxi dispatcher, even though we could see the old Flying Tigers hangers) and tried to overcharge me. He changed his tune when I asked him to call the cops

Yes. It can be done in reverse. The bus picks up in a circular road just outside of the transportation area. Tell the driver at Federal Circle that you are getting off at FedEx. It will drop you off on the same side of the street as FedEx (Walk 100 Yards in the direction the bus was going). If the driver misses the stop, he circles back by FedEx again a couple of minutes later.

Affirmed! The free airport connection/transfer bus still operates 24/7. Approx every 20min during normal hours and a reduced schedule at off hours.
After exiting the FedEx ramp at the security booth, take a left and exit the parking lot. Turn right to the light, cross the street and walk about 100 yards to the bus shelter you'll see on the side of the road. Get on the bus, it will drop you at Federal Circle. Follow the signs to the AirTrain, which is above you on the elevated platform. Take the free AirTrain to the pax terminals.( Note! Be careful not to get on the AirTrain going to either Howard Beach or Jamaica.....those trains are leaving the airport area). All in all, very simple and it's free!
