I interviewed there in 2007 and it was the biggest joke of an interview I've ever been to. Prepare, but don't work up a sweat over it. Stuff like that might be a joke, but they are really just trying to determine if you are someone they want to work with or not and a 45 minute conversation can go a long way to finding out if someone can fit in.
Don't take the laid back interview to be indicative of how the training will be. Training is most definitely not a joke.
