I hold the same opinion as Tbucket and Otto:

This flying is permitted as long as it doesn't have the Continental code on it. You are doing the flying assigned by your company. If CALALPA is happy with the result of the ruling and the company is in compliance, I have no problems with any SKYW pilots over this. We are all just cogs in managements' wheels.
