I do hope that DALPA does notice the disconnect and continues to take steps to correct our course by making sure that the voices of Delta Pilots are heard loud and clear over any ALPA Nat'l. or mgt. talking points. For all of our sakes, I hope this effort is not dismissed as a "few malcontents".
(I do think there has been a sea change at the MEC level with all the new reps being elected, here's to supporting their efforts.)

BTW, I agree with you and hope that DALPA changes it's current (well, hopefully not current
now but definitely at least recent past) practice of labeling anyone who disagrees as "a few malcontents." To get even 1500 pilots who are so disenfranchised with ALPA that they would want to start all over with completely new representation
is very significant and speaks volumes, IMO. I hope this, at the very least, has been a "wakeup call."
