And many havent sent in cards yet because: DPAs timing is off (contract negotiation timing) and they are giving our recently elected LEC and MEC people a chance to convince them of hope and change.

Boy I'm glad the 1930's was just a recession...okay it was a typo. We just havent entered the 2011 depression...yet.

Do you really think DPA is an indictment of DALPA? I don't, I think it is an attempt to get untied from ALPA, you know the "seat at the table" guys who have pretty well proven their only ability is to screw the profession while telling us how great they are.
