You get your own room at The Radisson. Nice room with a "sleep number" bed. As far as Jumpseating let me clarify that. Jumpseating is riding in the flightdeck with the crew. You are not allowed to do that until you are a qualified crewmember. Flying space available is allowed after you have been employed for 31 days, that means riding in the back. As far as going home for the weekends I would highly suggest you don't. If you get stuck not being able to get back it would not be a good thing. Besides you will need the time to study. As far as the new sim bridge, there are classes doing it now but i know nothing about it.
