A little friendly advice to those who are about to apply who haven't completed their FE written yet...

DO NOT indicate on your application that you have the FE written done if you don't even if you plan on getting it the day after you apply. I've talked to two individuals so far who intended on applying the moment the app window opens on the 24th with the intention of answering "yes", they have their FE written, but don't actually have it yet. They both said they planned on completing the FE written in a week or two when they can get the time off to get it done. BIG MISTAKE. As previously stated, FedEx is huge on integrity and will not tolerate dishonesty. Falsifying your application is a show-stopper. It may appear somewhat innocuous to some folks the particular day you complete your FE written as long as you have it when you show up to interview. Not so. The company will compare the date you indicated you completed your FE written with the date stamped on your FE written. The completion date better be before or on the day you applied to FedEx. The application window will be open for 60 days and it is NOT "first in, first out." There is absolutely no need to rush the application process. Everyone should have plenty of time to get their FE written done BEFORE they apply.

Hope this helps anyone else out there contemplating taking a "harmless" shortcut.
