It is 25 bucks to file the lawsuit and at the very least it will stir things up, plus it is a matter of principle.
Class action. I'm in. I had to pay $45 when I started my current ALPA carrier last year to square up my "merger fund" debt to remain in good standing. I'm furloughed and won't be getting that money back, THAT is criminal in my opinion.
