Get a new one ...

Most Captains are required to get one every 6 months. All FedEx MD-11/777 f/o's are type rated and required to have a First Class medical. Many European countries are now requiring a "second-in command" rating. I wonder if that requires a class one medical? I "think" OVER 60 requires a First Class medical?
