They handled it very very poorly. I have no respect for the company and I will NEVER help them out in any way shape or form. Yes, if I left a "good" job to come here, I would be very p***ed at myself. I have the utmost sympathy for each and every furloughee but when I hear "I left a good job to come here" it's like nails on a chalkboard. I'm sorry, but it is.

A long long time ago, I had a really good hospital job that I loved. My mom kept pressuring me to come work at a hospital closer to home. She told me how great it was, it was the "country club" of hospitals and (bonus) the hospital paid much better than others. I figured how much different can 2 hospitals be? I left my good job and HATED, absolutely hated this new place. I ended up getting fired because I never showed up on time. Was I p***ed at the hospital? NO Was I p***ed at my mom? NO I was p***ed at myself. I learned never to take a job because it pays more. I guess I look at things differently then you guys do.
