Yes. The TTC used to be the GO/MX Hangar till they built the new building. Not everyone was in the same place either back then. Comair had and extra rented office space or two around the airport. MX control, at one time; used be in a small room behind the Delta ticket counter!
It's sad to see that this airlines has pretty much gone backwards and reverted to what it once was minus the props.
Not entirely true. First everything was in the building it is in now. As airline grew, Dispatch/MOC/Crew Scheduling moved to basement of Concourse C (joint FA/pilot lounge was across hall in basement). Customer Service/Flight Ops moved to 2nd floor Concourse C. Crew Scheduling moved to office park (now closed) on other side of airport. In Flight moved to Circleport. Then dispatch/MOC/crew scheduling moved to a larger room behind the ticket counters in terminal three, and old SOCC in Concourse C was turned into seperate F/A lounge.
Then big GO was built, and all departments moved in to that building.
