The secret is, well, there's not much of a secret. Just make sure you send an email with your
resume and application to the recruiters email address. It doesn't hurt to follow up every now and then via email, but if you have
ATP minimums, and you pass their pre-screening (background check), they will call you, don't worry. There are only two people, both of whom are First Officer interns, so it may take a little time, but they will get back to you. As for how I know all of this, one of the recruiters is sitting right next to me...
