Most of us left our "jet jobs" to be home based... and we had 5 months of flying for Lynx before the Chap 11 hit us so we didn't have a chance to negotiate a contract. With the attitude shown by a few on these message boards it is tough to argue anyone should be behind RAH pilots. I have friends there that are great guys... and these loudmouth entitlement kids make them all look stupid.

Since last April I know 10 of us that went to Virgin and Jet Blue... they must have great training programs to be able to train the lowly turboprop pilots.

What were JB's pay rates and work rules 10 years ago? Ummm... glad to see they are better than the rest of us now. Lengthen the memory a bit and you will learn it is a cyclic industry.
