The initial email from their SCP posted on this website said that the window would open "on or about the 15th" and that it would be open for 60 days (not 30). Although it delayed a week I would guess that it will open for 60 days from when it opened which puts the last day in March. That said, its their show so I guess there's nothing to keep them from saying "holy cow, its only been 31 days and we've got 20,000 apps...lets close the window now". I dont work there so take this for what is worth
