I had WPW and it showed up on a medical test for my major airline job interview. The company was good and told me to take care of it, I went to my AME at UNMC in Omaha, NE and they did an ablation (catheter thru the artery in your leg into your heart) and zapped the extra conductive pathways. I did a treadmill test afterward and got my 1st class medical back with no restrictions and my job with the airline. Another pilot I know that works with my airline had arrhythmias and got an ablation and just got his medical back. For both of us it took about 4 - 5 months to get the medical back.
