Moak's statement lays to rest the myth that ALPA national just supports whatever the desires of the local union are. He specifically states that ALPA national's HIGHEST PRIORITY in collective bargaining is to use the RESOURCES of ALPA national to ENSURE a contract is achieved that is in the best interest of the national union.
