What about my situation with 3 dropped charges? The disposition of each case reads:
NOLLE PROSEQUI. Would that create an issue with insurance? getting a passport? etc. Again, I'm know 121 is out of the question. What about 91/135? The charges were:
resisting w/o violence (2003)
battery (2003)
felony burgulary (2005)
The median strip incident occured in July 2007. No legal entanglements since.
