On the serious tip though.
What about my situation with 3 dropped charges? The disposition of each case reads: NOLLE PROSEQUI. Would that create an issue with insurance? getting a passport? etc. Again, I'm know 121 is out of the question. What about 91/135? The charges were:
resisting w/o violence (2003)
battery (2003)
felony burgulary (2005)
The median strip incident occured in July 2007. No legal entanglements since.

The only way this would become an issue in 91/135 is if they asked about any arrests, or if they did a background check and turned up court records. There might be public court records if the charges were filed, but you can easily find that out from the jurisdiction.
They would also have to care about non-convictions, which wouldn't really bother a lot of 91/135 people.
