I think "Any Corporate Transaction" is covering themselves to eventually say.... "Despite the fact that everyone's furloughed and we aren't merging with anyone, we consider this a transaction and have no plans on returning your money."

That last part is just a feel good piece of well crafted B.S. That part about giving the money back weather you are employed at Comair or not... They say that so you can cling to it and think that the right thing will be done. It wont be.

I would be very interested to see what would happen if everyone filed a small claims suit at the same time.
