I agree but why is it only the IBT's fault. Why couldn't the "do no wrong" FAPA propose this option? Or the high and mighty ALPA from Midwest? Nobody presented this and in my opinion all the proposals were unfair. But somehow it's always the IBT that should have done something differently...
