Apparently the two for March are long classes for people who haven't flown the CRJ before, and the two in April are short 'recurrent' classes for people that have already flown the CRJ.
I don't think it has anything to do with previous experience on type; the short courses are for the recent furloughs who haven't completely dequaled.
