SKW also pays you for Drug/Alcohol testing at 30 mins and when you do quarterly internet bases training we get paid 1hr. The training only takes about 15 minutes.
Also Positive spaced all the way through IOE and after IOE you get 4 days off for moving. During IOE they pay for all your hotel rooms, even the night before & after your trip (if they can’t get you in or out the day of), because they don't consider you a FO there until you’re finished with IOE and you've had the chance to move.
We receive bonuses for Completion, Baggage, and On Time performance; after you pass the grace period usually equate to about $500 for FO's and $1000 for CA each quarter ($2K FO, $4K CA yearly).
