So it has been a week since I interviewed at ASA and I haven't heard yet. I got a call from them last Thursday regarding an incident I had. The NTSB report hadn't been published until Friday morning. I sent them an email with that report that morning. Still haven't heard.

Considering they told us to expect to hear in 5-7 days, when is it appropriate to follow up? Should it be done by phone or email?
