I'm a Mesaba furlough contemplating a return, just heard some dirt about recalls potentially and SLI. It's just a rumor from a friend who heard from a friend that was just in RGS. From JR, sounds like furloughs will be contacted in weeks if not days. With all the Colgan and Pinnacle hiring going on, the union and company would like to get furloughs back in the mix asap. That's a good question, and what you have heard makes sense too.
I haven't heard anything, but my guess is that since SLI is going to happen one way or another, you will be placed in whichever airplane they need warm bodies for in any company.
