I know that this has nothing to do with the scope of this thread - but, this statement is not correct. QX is not the only airline in the world that is approved for single engine CAT III approaches. At DL our 777 and 737 fleets are certified for this (there may be others, but these were the ones I looked up).

Now, if you were to say that QX is the only REGIONAL airline to do these kinds of things, I think you would be spot on.

I spent many years at QX, and while we did many special things (SE CAT III, RNP, nav-aid substitution, and even, at one point, steep MLS appraoches) we were by no means, the only airline in the world to do so.
