You, of course, have PROOF that he has refused to return someone's card, right? There is an easy solution to this. Just have whoever had their card return request refused go post this on the DALPA Forum for all to see.
As for your other pot shot about "promising" things... I'm not excusing the slow progress for DPA. I do think this is discouraging. But I also know that no plan ever happens exactly as envisioned. Or in other words, it's not over until the fat lady sings. FWIW, I don't think your constant sniping at them helps your case.
Not everyone gets on the forum and even fewer would want to admit to sending in a DPA card, particularly now that it's obvious they are nothing more than a webboard and gathering place for non trade unionist represented by a USAPA attorney.
I think DPAs own weakness is going to be their undoing, regardless of what's posted here. Delta pilots want a real union, not a USAPA clone.
