Let me help bring you up to speed. You made a false claim that people were asking for their cards to be returned from DPA and were not getting their request honored. You were asked to provide proof of such a claim and you did not.
I see that you edited your response. I was asked to post folks names, or have them post their names on the forum, I'm not, going to do that. That doesn't mean the claims are false.
Who knows, maybe one day DPA will return their cards, maybe that day will be when they have all the comm reps they promised, or a C&BLs written, or financial disclosure, ,or........ We'll see.
