As far as I know, you almost no rights whatsoever, unless they actually promised you something in writing. A pool is not legal employment, it is merely a list of pre-screened applicants who an airline can call on quickly to fill classes.
The company has every right to not call you, change their mind, or call you out of order (informal seniority is usually honored in a pool, but there is absolutely no requirement to that effect). They can also require rescreening for things like criminal history, and can require that you have recency and currency when they call you.
If you got a DUI while in the pool, consider yourself off the swim team.
You do however have the same rights that any other employment applicant would have as far as discrimination goes.
