Hiring pool means you have interviewed and gotten the job offer but don't have a class date. As of right now SkyWest doesn't have much of a pool. Pilots are getting class dates at the same time, or shortly after, they get the job offer. Now that new hire classes are back in full swing there isn't much of a pool.

In your case there isn't much you can do, except just keep updating both as best as you can. Not sure which one they use for inviting people to interviews but during the interview they reference your AirlineApps application. Right now they seem to be weighing heavily on internal recommendations, so network and try and contact anyone you may know there.
