I've got 1700+ hours TT, with a CL-65 type and SF340 SIC type and 121 experience with American Eagle (had to leave because of a family medical issue), so I'm scratching my head as to what it takes to get an interview. I haven't gotten a "no thank you" letter yet, so maybe it's the lack of an internal rec as you mentioned.
You're more than qualified, from what I've heard almost all who have interviewed had an internal rec.
