Having been there, done that type of job and then gone to a regional, I say ride your pony till it dies. Dont leave just to "round out" the resume. That type of flying is a world apart from what you are used to. I loved the flying, just couldnt hack the horrendous schedule my former employer had. Life at a regional is easy compared to a USA Jet, Ameristar, Grand Air, Cherry ect..ect.. lifestyle. Wait it out till the flood gates open later this year and save yourself the headache from Willow Run hangover.
