Great talking point Carl, really, right on with the DPA mantra. Fact is that any demographic process has sausage making and you know it. DPA does now and will if brought on property. It is not "fighting" your members but moving the process along, and morphing. It happens in every organization, so spare the drama.

No it is not dead on. My friends have applied and have gotten hired here. Some have not and have gone other places. It again has nothing to do with me or selfish desires, but I know that concept may be foreign to you.

Fact is that they are good enough to fly our passengers as DCI pilots they should be good enough to fly here. This is the lack of unity that I am talking about. You do not want em, great, screw them over and leave ALPA, whiz all over them and their union See how that works out for you while you fight them at the table with our company.

Man those Compass and Mesaba guys that came here are getting fired left and right

Translation: Anyone who doesn't agree with my dream of creating a back door entry of RJ pilots to the majors' seniority list is fostering disunity.

Not going to even respond to that rubbish.
