Just to add to what has already been said, they cannot assign you consecutive days of ASB, or on the last day of your block of reserve days, or more than 6 times in a bid month. You are automatically released at 1800 on the last day of a block of reserve days. Reserves also have the ability to trade reserve days, pick up trips a day before a block of reserve days that is the same length as the amount of reserve days you have. They can also pick up trips on days off when the red flag is up for add pay and premium (with some restrictions). And, you do not have to call crew scheduling to get released after your trip is done.
