The key is communications. It will be the lynch pin for success or failure for DPA or DALPA.
Or maybe its because out of the 1900 who have sent in cards, they can't find more than 2 willing to be base reps. Face it, the majority of those who sent in a card, are mad at ALPA..... but not willing to actually do anything more to make things better, whether that's working within the union, or actively trying to change it.
