Default UPS/FedEx JR Flying

When it comes time for me to make the move to the majors I intend on being very picky. I currently fly for SKW and I enjoy my job and company, so I won't be in a big hurry to leave unless I have my "Dream Job." In other words, I will not take the first job that comes along just so I can fly something larger. After all it's not about the a/c, it's about the hole package. The three airlines that I wish to work for are:

1. Southwest
2. UPS
3. FedEx

UPS only tops FedEx because I spent 5 years in Louisville, my brother & sister live there and I love the area.

So here are my questions for FedEx and UPS pilots:

1. What aircraft are most new hires being placed into?
2. How JR is SDF & MEM?
3. As a JR FO do your work the back side of the clock?
4. How do you cope with flying nights?
5. What kind of toll does flying night have on your home life?
6. What's a typical domestic and Int. line like?
7. How long will it take to hold days?
8. Which a/c is better for holding days?
9. How long can a new hire expect to sit reserve?

My uncle is a CA at SWA and does interviews for them, because of this they are my number one, but I am very interest in the security of the cargo world. Please elaborate on the above questions and fill free to add your 2 cents worth on anything you fell an outsider should know about your company.

Thank you for your time & Happy New Year.
