I even created this account solely to warn you away from Republic. I have been here since '07 and I cant begin to tell you how bad it is here. This guy has clearly never worked anywhere else. I've been here since 07 as well and there absolutely some issues but they are heads above other jobs I've held with other companies and airlines as well. If I had to say Mr. one poster is nothing more then flame bait.
I am not recommending either. Frankly if no applies at Republic it betters our position at proving to the company that we need treated and compensated better. But you have to do what's right for you.
