Anyone who equates USAPA with winning is way beyond reasoning with.
If you paid attention (which I know you do not), you would know that nobody here is equating winning with USAPA. Besides, everyone knows that you can only equate winning with Charlie Sheen.
What I HAVE said is that USAPA's law firm (Seham) won because they did what they were hired to do...decertify ALPA. Whether that was the best thing
to do, is a separate question. When you hire a law firm and they do exactly what you've asked them to do, the law firm is a winner. Whether you're a winner or not depends on the wisdom of what you've asked your law firm to do.
