Move forward on the legal front??? How can you challenge the fact that AMR owns Eagle's aircraft? AMR owns Eagle and everything about Eagle. If they desired, AMR could spin off the company called Eagle and give them nothing except employees and charge the new company for all the equipment they use.
AMR has played shell games for years with AA vs. Eagle. In the past the mainline was harmed financially by having to bear costs incurred by Eagle. It sounds like the pendulum is about to turn the other way and the Eagle MEC doesn't like the turn of events. Get used to it, it's just business.
