Nope, the job was negotiated away by a CA making 150k+ a year. Not taken, by ANYBODY. Whether it was the "heavies for scope" in the 90's, the relaxation on contract 2000, the give in round 1, or the backroom 70 seat giveaway in round 2. It was given away, NOT taken.
