Nope, the job was negotiated away by a CA making 150k+ a year. Not taken, by ANYBODY. Whether it was the "heavies for scope" in the 90's, the relaxation on contract 2000, the give in round 1, or the backroom 70 seat giveaway in round 2. It was given away, NOT taken.
You were not there...or perhaps not even out of High School, but section 1113 of the US bankruptcy code assured that the 70 seat scope was TAKEN, not given. It's just like Russian Roulette. You can't win. But if it makes you feel better about flying that barbie jet for half pay...just keep saying it.
