Wanna see my last paycheck?? I take it you never worked there..at all...there's a huge difference in how the instructors at FlightSafety get paid and how airline pilots get paid..at FS you're paid flight time AND brief time with a student. So it's possible to bill 40 hrs/wk (if not some overtime) whereas in the airlines you're paid block time..where you can only be paid 30 hrs/wk, 100/month, 1000/yr etc etc...

Starting pay as an instructor at FS IS 16/hr..if you jump on with one of the JAA programs you get a raise..I left at 18/hr.
