Correct.

The Plantronics is what I use, but a lot of people use the Telex 5x5. Either will work, and ANY audiologist in your local area who makes hearing aids can make you an ear mold for either headset.

Locals are better because instead of sending you wax and *hoping* you will get it right, the local audiologist will use a liquid latex that hardens while you sit there for 3 or 4 minutes, then they send it off to be custom made, you get it back in 7-10 days, same as the "kit". The latex conforms to the inner curves of your ear better.

I tried twice to get the "wax" kit from that doc to work properly, it fitted "ok" but never as good as the audiologist's. ymmv good luck.
